Weekend Pics

This is a super random post. But I figured…eh…let’s be spontaneous. So here are some pics I took over the weekend 🙂 Here’s where I worked out buckets of sweat like no tmr.

A table full of fried finger food and ice cream. I had ‘tea’ with my mum at this place and we didn’t think it through. The waitress came and we just said ‘Yeah, we’ll have everything all at the same time.” So there’s cheese sticks, chicken wings and mushroom baked rice…and the melting ice-cream. In an attempt to have the best of all worlds, I literally alternated between each food. Surprised my stomache didn’t get sick.

Oh what’s this? I don’t know 🙂 I thought it looked nice so I took a picture of it…let’s call it red flower.

I messed around with one of the camera’s settings and chanced upon a feature even more unique than before. I did a post a while back showing what this camera could do with shifting life (snapped some pretty nice shots on holiday). But this is an entirely different ball game. That streak of light is actually a moon. And that smaller one is a star. One slow move of the hand, one giant leap for the moon 😉

And this one is simply a throwback to my holiday in France. I sometimes look through the photos that I took on holiday, reminiscing and thinking as far as my mind can imagine. Anyhow, it’s not related to the post but whatever…I said it was going to be random anyway 🙂 Paris is indeed the most beautiful city in the world. I like the bokeh effect which was unintentional because it was raining when I took the photo atop Montparnasse building…and it was so cold but I knew I had to get out and snap some photos. I didn’t travel halfway round the globe for nothin’ right?

This is just breathtaking.

Wow Jia! Amazing photos!!!! I LOVE the one of your tea with your mum, that really seems so fun and indulgent to me! Just order up loads of food, sweet and savoury, eat it all at once! That really made me smile, did you mum enjoy it too? 🙂

I guess you must have been very hungry after your work out!

That picture of the moon is so clever!! How on earth (or ‘how on moon’) did you do that?!

And France and the flower are both lovely too 🙂 I love seeing a glimpse into your life 🙂

Hey Ems!! Yeah, she did! We were frantically trying to eat everything all at once LOL. When I saw the ice cream and fried food together, it was the point of no return HAHA.
      Mmhmm 🙂
Hehehe love that 🙂 How on moon? I dunno, the camera has this weird function where its able to blend movement into a smooth one-frame…So it’s like those time lapse photos where you have streaks of city lights, cars, traffic moving…and people leave the camera on video/shutter for the whole day or smth. For me, I just need my little wonky camera 🙂
🙂 I’ll try to include more! Thanks for the lovely comments as always.
